Isn’t that beautiful?  The Senior Product Executive plays a vital supporting role in the marketing and commercial success of assigned brands within LUXASIA. This position assists in executing marketing initiatives, monitoring sales performance, coordinating promotional activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations. Reporting to the Brand or Business Manager, the role focuses on providing essential support to drive brand growth and operational efficiency.     #LI-RO1 Main Roles and Responsibilities    Marketing & Promotional Support  Assist in executing marketing and promotional activities, including in-store activations, digital campaigns, and trade marketing initiatives.  Coordinate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure brand consistency in displays and store executions.  Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.  Track and consolidate feedback on promotional activities and competitor initiatives.    Sales & Business Tracking  Monitor and consolidate sales reports to track brand performance across different channels.  Prepare monthly and year-to-date (YTD) sales updates and analysis.  Assist in sales forecasting and demand planning to ensure product availability.  Work with the supply chain team to track inventory levels and minimize stock issues.    Administrative & Operational Support  Ensure timely processing of marketing-related purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking.  Coordinate with internal teams (Retail, Supply Chain, Finance) to facilitate smooth execution of brand activities.  Handle general administrative tasks, including documentation, scheduling, and coordinating meetings.    Stakeholder & Principal Coordination  Support communication with brand principals and vendors regarding marketing initiatives, product launches, and reporting.  Assist in preparing business review presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.  Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure seamless execution of product and promotional plans.    Market & Competitor Monitoring  Conduct basic market research to gather insights on consumer trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.  Consolidate and report findings to support strategic decision-making.    Qualifications and Experience Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field within the retail, luxury beauty, or fragrance industry.  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.  Strong knowledge of brand strategy, market research, and digital marketing trends.  Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.  Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple projects effectively.    Do you have what it takes to succeed in a fast-paced and intense environment?
