About The Role We are seeking a driven Business Analyst to join our Data & Analytics function. You will help unlock insights from our transaction, marketing, traffic, and operational data to guide strategic and tactical decisions across the business. As a key team member, you will partner closely with stakeholders in marketing, operations, finance, and tech to turn data into business impact. Key Responsibilities To work as a Business Analyst to gain in-depth understanding of business processes and define the use cases / user stories for applications. To develop highly available business reports, dashboards using excel/PowerBI/Tableau To report to the Platform owner and collaborate closely with business units and other IT teams Understand the requirements of stakeholders and map them with the data sources/data warehouse, perform business analysis and data queries using appropriate tools Work closely with internal stakeholders such as business teams, engineering teams, and partner teams and align them with respect to your focus area Execute analytical projects and understanding of analytical methods Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of analytics experience in developing Power BI/Tableau dashboards Deep understanding of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), statistical & analytical methods Broad understanding of E-Commerce/D2C commerce space Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment Passionate about understanding customers and their behavior Able to translate business objectives into actionable analyses
