Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets Identify key market segments and potential clients for solar energy solutions Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to stay ahead of industry Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention Prospect and engage with new clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase our solar services and value proposition Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with other businesses, government agencies, and industry stakeholders Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements to leverage complementary strengths and expand market reach Analyze customer feedback and market data to refine product offerings and pricing strategies Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on business development activities and outcomes (Minimum) Diploma in any field, preferably Business fields Must be fluent in English, and Malay. Any other languages e.g. Chinese are appreciated Resourceful and detailed oriented Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Networking and communication skills Proficient in MS Office ( Word, Excel & PowerPoint ) Able to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
