Assist in the preparation and submission of technical documents required for DO, ROW, and authority approvals. Coordinate with local councils, utility companies, land authorities, and other government agencies to track and follow up on application progress. Support land and site assessments, due diligence, and feasibility studies (technical, grid, environmental). Work closely with internal teams (engineering, BD, legal, finance) to consolidate input and align project development milestones. Maintain up‐to‐date documentation and trackers to monitor submission timelines, approval status, and project progress. Support the Project Development Lead in stakeholder meetings, client engagements, and site visits. Assist in tender and EPCC preparation activities, including scope definition, cost input, and document collation. Detail‐oriented, well‐organized, and able to handle multiple workstreams under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills and confidence to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders. Proactive team player with a positive, solution‐driven mindset. Passion for renewable energy and interest in project development lifecycle from early stage to financial close. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Project or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in project development, preferably in renewable energy, infrastructure, or utilities Experience in housing/township development, or other greenfield projects is a strong advantage Proven track record in managing land acquisition, permitting, and stakeholder engagement processes Strong understanding of the regulatory and permitting landscape for infrastructure or energy projects in Malaysia (or applicable country)
