Direct supervision of site works with the ability to read and interpret construction drawings. On-site management of sub-contractors. Communicate plans and ensure the timeline is met. Conduct site evaluation of the project installation, and report status and issues to respective project manager/engineer. Daily progress monitoring and make sure daily work activities are recorded. Check and verify installation matches design drawings and raise non-conformances. Conduct pre-commissioning checks. Ensure compliance with Safety, Health and Environment policies and procedures. Make certain all safety requirements are always adhered to at the worksite. Oversee the project from beginning to the end as per assigned by the superior. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Electrical/Civil Engineering. Minimum 1 PV solar farm (Large Scale) project full cycle completion from Project Initiation, Execution, Close-up or 2 years experience in PV Large Scale Solar Farm construction will be an advantage. Fair knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and documentation. Project site-based. Responsible for technical and engineering aspects, sense of Quality, and Safety requirements in the industries. Direct supervision of site works with the ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
