Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts. Support the licensing team in preparing and submitting necessary documents to government authorities. Conduct research on legal matters and licensing requirements relevant to the renewable energy sector. Help maintain and organize the legal documentation and files for easy access and reference. Participate in meetings and take notes for discussions regarding ongoing legal and licensing projects. Any other administrative tasks as assigned by the manager or team lead. Pursuing a degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field. Strong interest in legal and regulatory aspects, particularly in the renewable energy sector. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Vietnamese) Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Able to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
