Analyze complex data sets to inform decision-making and validate that solutions meet business needs. Develop use cases, user stories, and functional specifications for technical teams to implement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, UX/UI design, and project management, to ensure successful project execution. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning and product development. Provide ongoing support and guidance to junior analysts and team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. Monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, and recommend enhancements as necessary. Who Should Apply? We’re seeking candidates who are not only detail-oriented but also possess a strategic mindset to drive the company forward. Ideal candidates will have: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-oriented environment. Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced setting. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Experience working with Agile methodologies and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
