Position Overview: As a Product Manager at AHOY, you will be responsible for guiding the development and success of our shipping solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the logistics industry, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving product excellence. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize product requirements, translating them into actionable roadmaps. Manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation through to launch and ongoing optimization. Monitor product performance metrics and gather feedback to continually improve product offerings. Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless user experience and effective product usability. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, providing updates and aligning on project goals. Support marketing initiatives and sales enablement efforts to drive product awareness and adoption. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Computer Science, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the logistics, e-commerce, or tech industries. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to convey ideas clearly to diverse audiences. Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools used in product management. Knowledge of shipping logistics, compliance, and operational workflows is a plus. Passion for technology and an eagerness to create innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
