Supervise and manage daily solar project activities on site. Ensure work quality, safety compliance, and timely project progress. Coordinate effectively with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve on-site issues and maintain smooth operations. Prepare and update daily site and progress reports. Conduct site surveys and inspections for system design accuracy. Install, test, and monitor data loggers and solar equipment. Support system performance tracking and optimization to achieve project efficiency. Good written and verbal communication skill in English Site management and supervision skills Basic electrical certificate/working experience Proficient in Microsoft Office
