Scope This Finance Manager role is a key operational finance position, responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the core finance functions across the Group. The role focuses on ensuring robust financial controls, efficient and scalable finance processes, and accurate financial reporting across a multi‑entity, multi‑currency environment. The Finance Manager will oversee accounts receivable , accounts payable, payroll, treasury, and cash management activities, while driving continuous process improvement and automation. A strong emphasis is placed on modernising finance operations, including the use of data, systems, and AI‑enabled tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and insight. Reporting to our Group Finance Director in our London HQ, you will have the benefit or a hybrid work schedule, working 3 days per week in the office. This role is being offered as a 3-6 month, full time contract, inside IR35. As Finance Manager, you will: Oversee the delivery of monthly management accounts Support the year-end audit Co-ordinate and respond to customer compliance matters Promote systems and process improvements Evaluate and develop revenue recognition policy, ITRS sells both software and services which are occasionally 'bundled'. As the reporting group operates under FRS102 the appropriate treatment from a revenue perspective must be evaluated. Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable teams. Manage credit control and be an escalation point, managing the team to ensure timely receipt of cash Assist the annual budget and quarterly re-forecast process, working with the FP&A team on global cash and deferred revenue calculations Assist the Group FC in the group's external debt compliance Support with group tax compliance; corporation tax, sales tax and VAT compliance and other tax filings Prepare the groups management accounts, pulling together the reports from our accounting system and consolidating the results into USD Manage the groups 13-week cashflow forecast, to review the 13-week cashflow weekly which has been prepared by the credit controller and group finance manager. Maintain and administer the groups physical and virtual credit cards. Treasury – approve payments, administration for banking. ACCA/ACA qualifications or equivalent with 5+ years post qualification experience Experience supporting and presenting to executives and senior management Background in implementing financial controls and governance Experience in Private Equity backed and SaaS businesses Experience in a people management and leadership Experience in numeric and data analysis Experience of financial control and accounting operations in a multi-entity, multi-currency organisation Understanding of recurring revenue (MARR/ARR)
