Position Overview: We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Payroll Specialist to join our finance team. This role will involve managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and providing excellent service to our employees. Your role will be vital in ensuring employees are compensated accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities: Process accurate and timely payroll for US employees Maintain payroll data, wage rates, and deductions Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Manage payroll taxes, garnishments, benefits deductions, reimbursements Prepare payroll summaries and audit reports Resolve employee payroll queries Support month-end and year-end payroll closure Collaborate with HR, finance, and operations teams Coordinate with US partners and payroll vendors Minimum 3 years of experience in US payroll Strong knowledge of US payroll laws & regulations Experience working with payroll systems (ADP, Paycom, Paychex, Gusto, etc.) Hands-on experience working with QuickBooks & Xero Strong Excel skills Experience managing multi-state payroll Excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills
