Skysun is seeking highly motivated International Call Center & Lead Generation Executives to drive our outreach efforts in the US Market. The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and have experience in telemarketing and lead generation. In this dynamic role, you will engage with potential clients, qualify leads, and set appointments for our sales team. Your responsibilities will include making a high volume of outbound calls, utilizing persuasive communication strategies to generate leads, and effectively documenting the outcomes of each interaction. Key Responsibilities: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential clients in the US. Utilize lead generation techniques to identify and qualify prospects. Communicate product information effectively to generate interest and engagement. Document all call outcomes and manage leads in the CRM. Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments with qualified leads. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics. Consistent participation in training and skill development sessions is expected. Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or outbound sales. Strong English communication skills and ability to engage customers effectively. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment. Resilience and a positive attitude when handling rejection. Ability to follow scripts and adapt to different calling scenarios. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
