Key Responsibilities: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to existing and prospective customers internationally. Engage clients in meaningful conversations to gather information and tailor our services accordingly. Utilize effective communication strategies and scripts to enhance customer engagement. Record and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions in our CRM system. Achieve and exceed daily and weekly outreach targets. Participate in regular training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge. As an International Customer Outreach Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth while enjoying a supportive work environment. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or outbound calling is preferred. Strong verbal communication skills with fluency in English. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
