Als Financial Accountant binnen de afdeling Accounting & Control bij Unilabs Nederland speel je een sleutelrol in het waarborgen van betrouwbare financiële rapportages, naleving van wet- en regelgeving en continue verbetering van onze processen. Je combineert een scherp financieel inzicht met oog voor detail en kwaliteit, en draagt zo direct bij aan de transparantie en financiële gezondheid van onze organisatie. Je rapporteert aan de Finance Manager en werkt nauw samen met collega’s van FP&A, Business Control en het Global Finance Team. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat Unilabs Nederland voldoet aan internationale standaarden, terwijl je ruimte hebt om lokale verbeteringen door te voeren. Unilabs is een commercieel bedrijf met een stichting-achtergrond – een unieke combinatie waarin financiële resultaten hand in hand gaan met maatschappelijke waarde: betere zorg voor patiënten. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Zorgdragen voor juiste, tijdige en volledige financiële rapportages (balans, P&L, cashflow, KPI’s); Consolideren, analyseren en rapporteren van financiële resultaten aan global management; Fungeren als financieel aanspreekpunt en businesspartner voor management en afdelingen binnen Unilabs Nederland; Coördineren van externe en interne audits en bewaken van naleving van IFRS en Dutch GAAP; Opstellen van jaarrekeningen conform Dutch GAAP; Leiden van verbeterprojecten binnen accounting en procesoptimalisatie (Lean); Waarborgen van datakwaliteit, compliance en interne controle (AO/IC); Verzorgen van BTW-aangiftes en ondersteuning bij VPB-aangiften; Correcte rapportage van intercompany-posities binnen de groep; Beheren van master data (grootboekrekeningen, kostenplaatsen, segmenten, bankaccounts, VAT, rollen en toegangsrechten); Signaleren van financiële risico’s en adviseren over verbeteringen en beleid. Afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in Bedrijfseconomie, Accountancy of vergelijkbaar; Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen accounting, controlling of audit; Aantoonbare ervaring met het opstellen van jaarrekeningen, audits (Dutch GAAP) en belastingaangiften; Grondige kennis van IFRS, Dutch GAAP, compliance en rapportageprocessen; Ervaring binnen een Big 4-accountantskantoor is een pré; Affiniteit met de zorgsector is een pré; Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels; Proactieve, analytische en gestructureerde werkstijl – je neemt initiatief, ziet verbanden en werkt nauwkeurig.
