Vos missions Vous participerez activement à plusieurs projets structurants visant à améliorer les performances de l’usine, notamment : Mise en place du Gemba Tour : création du standard, formation et accompagnement des managers dans la routine terrain. C.I. Assessment : participation à l’audit de maturité Lean, analyse des résultats, identification de pistes de progrès. Déploiement TPM : contribution à la mise en place des pratiques TPM avec les équipes opérationnelles. Animation d’une Obeya Room : construction des supports visuels, routines d’animation, suivi des indicateurs. Dojo de formation : création d’outils pédagogiques et amélioration continue Plus globalement, soutien aux différents chantiers d’amélioration continue en collaboration avec les équipes terrain. Étudiant(e) en école d’ingénieur ou Master, spécialité Méthodes, Production, Industriel ou Amélioration Continue, vous cherchez un stage de 5 à 6 mois. Intérêt marqué pour le Lean Manufacturing et les environnements industriels. Curiosité, autonomie, aisance relationnelle et esprit d’analyse. Une première expérience industrielle est un plus.
