Companies incubated in the last 24 months include  Elevate Now ,  Nivaan Care ,  Reveal Healthtech ,  BabyMD , and  Everhope Oncology .  Role Overview We are looking for a high-calibre, data-driven operator who can act as the control tower of the commercial engine, sitting between strategy, data, and execution. This role is ideal for someone who thinks strategically, solves problems independently, and converts insights into decisive action. You will sit between data, strategy, and field execution, owning funnel visibility, driving performance discipline, identifying growth levers, and ensuring strong follow-through across centres. This is not a passive reporting role; it requires ownership, decision-making, and the ability to influence without authority Key Responsibilities Own daily revenue funnel tracking (Lead → OPD → Surgery). Track field team performance and execution quality. Ensure CRM hygiene and process discipline. Analyse funnel data to identify gaps and opportunities. Build weekly and monthly dashboards with insights. Work with marketing, inside sales, and PRO teams. Support BD Head in planning and conversion improvement. What this role demands Strong analytical and strategic thinking. Problem-solving and decision-making ability. Ability to influence teams without authority. High ownership and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast and evolving environment.. 1–3 years of experience in BD, sales, ops, analytics or similar roles. Proven ability to work with and guide field or cross-functional teams. Strong data analytics skills. MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 college.
