Reporting directly to our VP Robotics, your main mission is to create the best robotics solution for the warehouses in the World. Your Challenges to achieve : Develop and maintain a clear technological vision for Robotics assets aligned with the company's goal.  Oversee the design and implementation of hardware, traffic management and embedded software systems  Improve the quality of our products and services Ensure integration of new technologies into existing products Ensure technical coordination and the challenge of Architect resources and practices in the Departement Establish and maintain the right external technical collaborations  Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and collaboration within technical teams  Support managers in developing technical teams  Technicals Perimeters to coordinate : Mechanics, Electronics, Robotics software, machine learning for vision, and Traffic management software Technical environment : Programming language : C, C++ OS : Linux and realtime distribution like Yocto linux and its embedded board integration Location algorithm : SLAM, Kalman filter Fleet management algorithm  : Multi-Agent Pathfinding IA/Machine learning : python, image processing, vision At least 10 years of experience in robotics or a related field, with a strong background in mechatronics Extensive experience with embedded software development and integration  Strong mathematics skills including in physics applications. Minimum of 10 years in a leadership role with cross-functional technical teams  Experience in leading large-scale projects from conception to completion  Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop technical talent  Proven ability to anticipate and adapt to technological shifts and market changes  Strong interpersonal skills with experience in fostering collaboration across diverse teams  Excellent communication, engage, and inspire  English & French, both written and verbal
