About Stealth Company This company focuses on building a mission-critical healthcare platform used daily by clinics. It handles patient data, payments, and real-world fulfillment. Reliability and data integrity matter. Why this role exists We’re hiring a VP Engineering to build the technical foundation of the company. This is a founding leadership role and a core member of the leadership team. The mandate is clear: execution, reliability, and system quality. This is a hands-on role in the early stages. If you’re looking to inherit a large team or work on a finished architecture, this won’t be a fit. What you’ll own Backend and frontend execution Infrastructure, uptime, and incident response Data integrity and security Core integrations. EHR, payments, WhatsApp, telephony Release discipline and technical quality What good looks like High uptime Few surprises Clean releases Systems that scale smoothly as usage grows Experience that helps ~8–15 years of engineering experience Experience with distributed or high-uptime systems Has built for mobile-first or WhatsApp-heavy workflows Healthcare, fintech, or data-sensitive domains are a plus
