Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru About 2070Health  W Health has set up India’s first healthcare focused Venture Studio called  2070 Health  - an innovation platform that builds transformative healthcare companies from scratch by discovering disruptive opportunities in whitespaces. Distinct from the accelerator approach, our venture studio is closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new business. Companies incubated in the last 24 months include Elevate Now , Nivaan Care , Reveal Healthtech and BabyMD and Everhope Oncology .  Role Summary We’re looking for a Consumer Insights leader to own end-to-end consumer research across our portfolio. This person will uncover sharp, actionable insights using a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods, and translate them into clear implications for product design, service delivery, pricing, positioning, and brand building. You will work at the intersection of strategy, product, and growth—helping multiple early-stage ventures make better, faster, consumer-led decisions. This is an individual-contributor role with high ownership and visibility. The ideal candidate is early-to-mid career, highly analytical and empathetic, methodologically strong, and excited by ambiguity and fast iteration. Key Responsibilities 1) Build the Consumer Insight Engine Design and run high-quality qualitative and quantitative research programs across ventures. Develop repeatable research playbooks suited for early-stage healthcare (e.g., rapid patient journey discovery, concept testing sprints, pricing research). Maintain a structured insights repository to ensure learnings compound over time. 2) Generate Breakthrough Insights Conduct fieldwork and synthesis: IDIs, FGDs, ethnography, diary studies, shop-alongs, clinician/patient interviews, etc. Lead quant studies: surveys, segmentation, conjoint/maxdiff, A/B tests, cohort/behavior analysis, market sizing. Identify latent needs, barriers, triggers, and trust levers unique to healthcare consumers. 3) Translate Research into Decisions Convert insights into crisp opportunity areas, product requirements, service workflows, and positioning themes. Partner with founders, product, design, medical, and growth teams to influence roadmaps and go-to-market. Create compelling insight narratives and present to senior stakeholders. 4) Execute Fast, Lean, and Credible Research Use modern tools and tech-enabled approaches to run research cost-efficiently (remote qual platforms, AI-assisted coding, agile survey stacks). Balance rigor with speed: know when to go deep vs. when to run rapid cycles. Manage external vendors/freelancers as needed while owning quality and outcomes. What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months) Clear consumer-led POVs established for multiple ventures (need states, segments, JTBD). Research embedded in product and GTM decisions with measurable impact on adoption, retention, NPS, or conversion. A lean research toolkit/playbook created that 2070Health can reuse across future ventures. Strong trust from founders/teams as the “voice of the consumer” in the studio. Qualifications & Experience •  Education: - Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in  Design Thinking, Design Research, Human-Centered Design, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Public Health, or related fields . -  Strong preference for candidates with formal education or training from leading design-led institutes, such as National Institute of Design (NID), Industrial Design Centre (IDC), IIT Bombay, IIT Guwahati (Design programs) OR equivalent globally recognized design-focused institutions. - Recognised  Design Thinking / Human-Centered Design certifications  (e.g., IDEO, Stanford d.school, HFI, etc.) are a strong plus. •  Experience:  - 4–8years of experience in  consumer insights, design research, human-centered research, or new product development research . - Strong preference for candidates with experience in FMCG or Pharma environments,  particularly those involved in New product innovation/ Consumer-led product or service design / Early-stage concept development and validation.
