We provide training and support to help you reach your full potential within this role*   Build scalable, stateless cloud architectures with state-of-the-art techniques like Microfrontends and trunk based development hosted in Kubernetes Implement intuitive UX respectful of their platform Work closely with the broader development team, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure constant team alignment and continuous improvement Participate in conception, implementation, and pragmatic documentation within a Kanban process model Propose relevant analysis and conceptions to tackle challenging problems Help investigate the introduction of Golang into our React environment Take part in ongoing code reviews and other quality-improving activities What you will love about the job: Working with exceptional people  in a fast-moving environment Being creative and challenging the status quo by sharing new ideas is a huge part of who we are The ability to make a difference in an international and diverse workplace Be part of the latest trends and work with state-of-the-art technologies Work in an industry leading global company with flat hierarchy and open-door policy Collaborate with a team that is passionate about making a positive difference in the world through Genetec’s vision of ‘protecting the everyday’ About you: Proficiency with React and TypeScript , with a strong understanding of modern front-end development practices Solid CSS skills, with experience building responsive and visually appealing interfaces Experience with mobile or hybrid mobile development (e.g., Ionic, Capacitor, or similar frameworks) Familiarity with Azure DevOps and working with CI/CD processes Experience with DevExtreme libraries is a plus Knowledge of RxJS and Nx is highly desirable Experience with end-to-end (E2E) testing using frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous learning and improvement Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Let's talk perks!
