This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing legal team that supports a wide range of international mandates.  If you're a versatile legal professional who enjoys touching on different areas of law, thrives on solving complex problems, and wants to make a meaningful impact across departments, we want to hear from you.  🔎 What your day will look like As Senior Legal Counsel, you’ll work across multiple legal domains, including:  Contract Negotiation & Drafting : Handle a variety of agreements, including commercial contracts, lease agreements, and supplier arrangements.  Employment Law : Advise and support the Human Resources team on employment contracts, workplace policies, and dispute resolution.  Dispute Management : Coordinate with external counsel on litigation and other dispute matters.  Corporate Governance & Compliance : Ensure Genetec and its subsidiaries meet legal and regulatory requirements in Canada and internationally.  Strategic Legal Advice : Provide practical, business-oriented legal guidance across departments.  🌟 Who You Are   *We invite you to apply even if you happen to not meet every requirement.
