About BabyMD BabyMD is a fast-growing pediatric healthcare company reimagining how children and families experience care. We currently operate six clinics in Bengaluru, have crossed $1M ARR, and recently raised capital from a marquee investor to fuel our next phase of expansion. Build a brand children love, parents trust, and families grow with. About the role This is not a traditional marketing role. This is a brand + experience + community building mandate. As Head of Brand & Experience, you will define how families experience our brand at every touchpoint - inside clinics, outside clinics, and in the everyday lives of parents and children. You will work directly with the Founder to build one of India’s most loved children’s healthcare ecosystems. You will shape: ● How BabyMD communicates ● How BabyMD feels ● How BabyMD is remembered And most importantly, how parents and children emotionally connect with us. What you’ll own ● Build the BabyMD brand across every touchpoint — clinics, digital, physical, and human ● Design the end-to-end experience for parents and children (tone, spaces, rituals, behaviour frameworks, care flows) ● Create offline and community experiences that deepen brand love — from Birthday Clubs to parent circles, meetups, mom raves, child-focused events, workshops, and more ● Translate brand principles into operational experience (scripts, rituals, service plays, waiting room experiences, clinic ambience) ● Build a unified brand voice across content, design, storytelling and in-clinic interactions ● Create scalable brand systems that guide consistency as we grow ● Be the custodian of joy, empathy, and attention-to-detail — our core brand pillars Who this is for ● You’ve built or shaped a consumer brand at scale (retail, D2C, hospitality, wellness, lifestyle, healthcare, etc.) ● You think of brand as experience, not marketing ● You’re equally comfortable brainstorming a brand philosophy and designing a clinic experience ● You love creating community experiences, events, rituals, and emotional touchpoints ● You’re hands-on; you don’t need a big team to make magic happen ● You thrive in early-stage chaos, ambiguity, and zero-to-one creation ● You want to build something meaningful that families can feel Why this role matters This is one of the most influential roles in the company.
