Companies incubated in the last 24 months include  Elevate Now ,  Nivaan Care ,  Reveal Healthtech ,  BabyMD , and  Everhope Oncology .  Role purpose Ensure smooth, humane, and predictable patient experience at the centre level, under the guidance of the experience head. Core responsibilities Act as the primary point of coordination for IPD patients and families. Support admission, room allocation, surgery coordination, and discharge processes. Communicate updates clearly to patients and caregivers. Escalate issues promptly and follow through until resolution. Maintain accurate experience-related documentation. Success metrics Patient satisfaction at centre level. Timeliness and clarity of communication. Reduction in avoidable escalations. What success looks like in 6–12 months Patients and families consistently identify the associate as reliable and supportive. Minimal experience-related escalations from the centre. 2–5 years in hospital front-end, patient coordination, or care navigation roles. Strong communication and empathy. Ability to manage stress and multiple stakeholders.
