Key Responsibilities: Documenting operational processes Crafting optimization and improvements to current processes Implementing changes to processes, both online and offline, including supporting software and IT platforms Assist with after-sales activities including customer service, operations and service recovery Any other duties as required Excellent communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving and writing skills Adaptable, open-minded and comfortable to work with change in a dynamic environment Team player and able to work well with others in a team Good organisation skills, takes initiative and learns independently Ability to respond to customers and provide excellent service Diligent and responsible with strong work ethic
