Responsibilities: Provide repair, service and customer support during onsite visit Configuration of Ceiling Fan/Digital Door Lock setup Work independently to diagnose and troubleshoot any onsite issues that arises at customer's place Record and update test report/ service report on a timely manner In-house repair and maintenance of Ceiling Fan, Digital Door Locks that is exchanged by customer Support warehouse disposal activity Other duties as assigned Min 3 years of working experience as an onsite Ceiling Fan/Digital Door Lock Technician or relevant experience Driving License equivalent to Singapore Driving License Experience with electrical wiring and systems Comfortable with 6 days work week including weekend (rotated shift, 9am to 6pm) Willingness to perform overtime work when required Possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in IT, Electronics or equivalent.
