About The Role We are hiring a senior, software-first Solutions Architect who has built real systems, can design scalable cloud-native applications, and knows how to thoughtfully integrate AI into products while working closely with customers and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end application architectures for complex, distributed software systems, focusing on scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. Make core architectural decisions around APIs, service boundaries, data models, integration patterns, and synchronous/asynchronous communication. Design and integrate AI/GenAI features (e.g., LLM-powered features, RAG systems, AI-assisted workflows) into production applications. Review and validate solution designs and implementations , identifying technical debt, architectural risks, and modernization opportunities. Collaborate with customers, business analysts, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into clear, implementable software architectures. 8+ years of professional software development experience , primarily in backend or full-stack engineering roles. Proven experience designing and delivering production-grade distributed systems , not just proof-of-concept architectures. Strong understanding of application architecture including APIs, data modeling, system integration, scalability, and fault tolerance. Hands-on experience with cloud-native application design on AWS , with clear separation from infrastructure or DevOps ownership. Experience integrating AI/GenAI into software applications , including LLM APIs, data pipelines, or AI-enabled workflows (training and MLOps not required).
