We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes. Mission: You will be the customer champion who will define how the user interacts with sleek in his/her journey. Right from making their onboarding simpler, to hand holding them on the key tasks to creating a wonderful service experience everything will be your say and responsibility. The outcomes below outline the nuances, but in short you will be the guardian of the user experience of internal and external customers to service delivery. Outcomes:  1: Improve core usability and activation metrics 2: Contribute to and enhance Sleek’s design system 3: Champion a user-centered approach to design To do this, you would need a minimum of 5–8 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer, and this role is based in India (remote). The interview process The successful candidate will participate in the below interview stages. We anticipate the process to last no more than 3 weeks from start to finish. Whether the interviews are held over video call or in person will depend on your location and the role.  HR Screening A ~30 minute chat with TA for initial HR Screening. Technical Assessment A ~60 minute chat with the Hiring Manager. They’ll discuss your last 1-2 roles to understand your experience in more detail.   White boarding / Case study Session A ~60 minute chat with the Hiring Manager, where they will give you some real-life challenges that this role faces, and will ask for your approach to solving them. Soft Skills assessment A ~60 minute chat with a member of the HR or leadership team, where they will dive into some of your recent work situations to understand how you think and work.
