Best in Business, Health Services     What You'll Do Administer tests to clients /families Complete pre-assessments with clients/families Complete accurate hand scoring of pencil/paper and computer tests Ensure that written documentation is completed and uploaded in a timely manner per departmental policy Comply with ABA Centers of America’s HIPAA privacy and security policies Work together as part of a multidisciplinary team Attend weekly group/individual supervision, Clinical Training Meetings, and Continuing Education (Weekly Didactic Meeting) Education/Experience and Other Requirements Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field with experience testing/assessing for Autism Spectrum Disorder LCSW certification is a plus Experience as a technician strongly preferred  Knowledge of autism and coursework in assessment/testing of ASD and related disorders, intellectual disability, developmental disabilities, and learning disorders Experience with tests/measures used to identify/diagnose ASD, such as:  ADOS-2 (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule) CARS-2 (Childhood Autism Rating Scale) Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales Sensory Profile SRS-2 (Social Responsiveness Scale) BASC-3 (Behavior Assessment System for Children) BRIEF-2 (Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function) Weschler Intelligence Scales Developmental Assessment of Young Children Kauffman Brief Intelligence Test Intake/interviewing experience  Willingness to obtain certification from the Board of Psychometrists Driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance  Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record Availability to work onsite, Monday–Friday (and some Saturdays) Willingness to travel within region   Expertise Needed Report-writing Organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills Communication, interpersonal, and team skills Identifying challenges and collaborating with team members to devise creative solutions and measurable outcomes Motivating team members to be their best while holding them accountable to maintain the company’s excellent service standards Establishing and maintaining open and honest communication and always sharing information Continual learning, teaching, and development Leading and driving initiatives to completion
