ROLE FUNCTIONS ·       To project a pleasant and positive professional image to all contacts at all times ·       Up selling and identification of additional revenue opportunities ·       Maintain and adhere to billing policies and procedures ·       Maintain positive teamwork at all times ·       Master product knowledge and be able to communicate it with an enthusiastic way to hotel guests ·       Prepare mise en place for all the operating equipment of the outlet ·       To be aware of all Health, Safety and Fire regulations and to abide by their terms ·       To maintain high standards of personal hygiene at all times ·       Maintain a clean and tidy work area ·       To answer guest requests and resolve guest problems.
