SWOT Hospitality, the leading Hotel Management company, known for its excellence and innovation, is seeking an enthusiastic Reservations Manager for the Eliamos Villas Hotel & Spa. As the Reservations Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing reservation operations and ensuring exceptional service is provided to our guests in this luxury setting.   About the role:   Supervise the daily operations of the reservations department, ensuring optimal efficiency and guest satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates. Utilize property management systems effectively to manage inventory, pricing, and availability. Analyze reservation trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Train and mentor the reservations team to ensure high standards of service and professionalism. Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any issues swiftly and efficiently. Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and corporate clients to enhance business opportunities. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotions and packages that attract customers. Prepare reports on sales activities, occupancy levels, and revenue forecasts to inform strategic decisions. Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel. Strong proficiency in reservation systems and hotel management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service. Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Adept at leading and motivating a team, fostering a collaborative environment. Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
