SWOT Hospitality Management Company is seeking a highly motivated Accountant to join our team at the exquisite Eliamos Villas Hotel & Spa . In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our financial integrity and supporting our operations through accurate financial reporting. Main Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable. Prepare and maintain monthly financial statements and reports. Conduct reconciliations for bank statements and financial accounts. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing detailed financial analysis. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Support external audits by preparing relevant documentation and reports. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least three years of accounting experience, particularly in the hospitality industry. Experience with luxury hotel brands is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficient in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills. Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. High level of professionalism and integrity.
