SWOT Hospitality Management Company is thrilled to announce an opening for a Housekeeping Shift Leader at the stunning Kyma Hotel in Paros island. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within the hotel. You will lead a passionate team of housekeepers and ensure that guests enjoy a pristine and welcoming environment. About the role: Oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards and a consistently high level of cleanliness across all areas. Recruit, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to provide exceptional service and maintain team morale. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and service areas to ensure the highest quality standards. Manage the housekeeping budget, including inventory control and order supplies as needed. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience and operational efficiency. Proven experience as a Shift Leader or similar role in a luxury hotel environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and communication abilities. Attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and service excellence. Ability to manage budgets and inventory effectively.
