SWOT Hospitality is looking to recruit Front Office Agent for the Vione Hotel in Paros As a Front Office Agent your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing exceptional service to guests during their arrival, stay, and departure. Welcoming and registering guests efficiently, while providing necessary information and obtaining identification as required. Confirming and modifying reservation details to ensure accurate registration processes. Answering guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction. Performing upselling of rooms, food & beverage options, and hotel promotions. Making reservations for dining, transportation, and entertainment as requested by guests. Collaborating with other hotel departments to enhance guest experiences. Staying informed about the hotel's history, amenities, and local attractions. Qualifications Degree in Hospitality or a related field is preferred. Previous experience as a Front Office Agent or in a similar role is desirable. Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and guest service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
