SWOT Hospitality is looking to recruit Assistant Food & Beverage Manager for Vione Hotel in Paros About the role: The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will play a significant role in managing the food and beverage operations of the Vione Hotel. This position requires strong leadership skills to supervise, guide, and support the F&B team while ensuring guests receive top-quality service and product standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing the F&B outlets, including restaurants and bars, ensuring exceptional guest experiences Work with the F&B Manager to develop and implement F&B strategies, budgets, and promotion plans Supervise and train staff, ensuring they adhere to hotel standards and provide excellent service Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as food hygiene standards Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints swiftly and professionally Assist in menu planning and staff scheduling to maintain efficient operations Participate in regular departmental meetings and training sessions Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage management within a luxury hotel environment Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent command of Greek and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office Passion for providing exceptional guest service and experience in handling complaints effectively
