SWOT Hospitality Management Company is looking for a dedicated Accountant to join our team in Mykonos . This position is crucial in managing our financial operations and ensuring compliance while supporting the overall goals of the company. Main Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly financial statements. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timeliness and accuracy in transactions. Conduct reconciliations of bank accounts and balance sheet accounts. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities, providing financial insights. Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations. Support audit processes and provide necessary financial documentation. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of three years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills in both English and Greek; additional languages are a plus. High integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
