SWOT Hospitality Management Company is excited to announce an opportunity for an Accountant for the newly opened Kampos Paros by Hyatt . In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing support to hotel operations. Main Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable. Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Conduct reconciliations of bank accounts and balance sheet accounts. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal controls. Support management with financial reporting and performance analysis. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least three years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality sector. Prior experience with luxury hotels or international hospitality brands is a plus. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Proficient in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. High integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.
