SWOT Hospitality is excited to announce the opportunity for a Front Office Manager at the prestigious Eliamos Villas Hotel & Spa . The Front Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience through efficient front office operations, while leading a dedicated team in delivering exceptional service. About the role: Oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensuring adherence to hotel standards and procedures. Lead, train, and develop the front office team to provide top-tier service and hospitality. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Manage reservation systems and processes to maximize occupancy and revenue. Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive service delivery across the hotel. Monitor and analyze front office performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement. Develop and maintain relationships with guests to encourage repeat business. Proven experience in a Front Office Manager role or similar leadership position in luxury hospitality. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset. In-depth knowledge of hotel operations and front office software. A focus on guest satisfaction and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
