SWOT Hospitality is looking to recruit Night Auditor for the Kosea Boutique Hotel located on Kos island. Job Brief and Purpose: The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring that the night operation of the hotel is to the highest standard. With a detailed knowledge of the hotel and its concept, you will carry out duties as directed by your manager, with a professional approach towards our guests, members, and other employees. Main Duties and Tasks: To perform and monitor day-to-day activities of the department including (but not limited to): Checking-in and checking-out guests and members Concierge tasks Control of all operational and administrative duties at the reception and reservations Observation of order, cleanliness, and safety in the public areas of the hotel Provide Management team with the daily Closing Reporting and Daily Snapshots In charge of the Health & Safety and well-being of the Hotel and its Guests during the Night shift Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance Customer-oriented and friendly Attention to detail and a structured way of working Excellent English language skills PMS knowleedge
