Job Overview SWOT Hospitality Management Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager for the Vione Hotel in Paros . This role requires a leader who is passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences while managing the various aspects of a hotel’s operations. The General Manager will oversee everything from guest services and staff management to financial performance and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring all departments operate smoothly and efficiently. Develop and implement business strategies in alignment with SWOT's objectives for the Vione Hotel. Manage the hotel’s budget, forecasts, and financial reports, optimizing profitability and revenue. Foster a positive and rewarding work environment by coaching and developing the management team and staff. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, guests, and the local community to enhance brand presence. Promote a culture of guest-centricity by ensuring service excellence and responding to customer feedback effectively. Conduct regular inspections of the property to assess the quality of service, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years in a General Manager role. Strong financial acumen with a track record of successful budget management and revenue generation. Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and develop a diverse team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in luxury hotels or resorts is highly desirable. Fluent in English; proficiency in Greek or other languages is a plus. A hands-on, results-oriented approach with a passion for hospitality and service excellence.
