ROLE FUNCTIONS Support the service team by maintaining a professional, friendly, and positive attitude at all times Work closely with waiters and colleagues to ensure smooth service and positive teamwork Develop strong product knowledge and communicate basic menu information to guests with confidence and enthusiasm Prepare and maintain mise en place for service areas and operating equipment as required Adhere to all health, safety, and fire regulations at all times Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming Ensure workstations, service areas, and equipment are kept clean and tidy throughout service Respond promptly to guest requests and report or assist in resolving guest concerns as needed
