As a Marketing Specialist in the Fashion Industry, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and elevating the brand's presence in both the retail and wholesale sectors. Your creativity and strategic insights will be essential in crafting marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals, encompassing both retail and wholesale segments. Campaign Management: Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, events and brand awareness initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Cooperation with shopping malls - to leverage marketing opportunities / provide digital assets to support traffic through mall marketing channels, initiate, design and support local store events to promote stores & increase traffic Cooperation with Retail/Wholesale local teams and EU Regional Marketing team Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for expansion in both the retail and wholesale markets. Wholesale Support: Collaborate closely with the wholesale team to create marketing plans, materials, presentations, and strategies that support wholesale partners and enhance brand visibility in the wholesale sector. Analytics and Reporting: Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts, using data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve campaign performance. Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, both online and offline, to maintain a cohesive brand image. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Fluent English Proven experience in fashion marketing, with a focus on both retail and wholesale segments. Strong creative and storytelling skills with an eye for aesthetics. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and adjust strategies accordingly. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with the fashion industry trends and an understanding of consumer behavior in this sector.
