What you’ll be doing Act as a trusted finance business partner to regional commercial leaders, translating strategy into financially sound decisions Own and drive financial planning processes, including monthly forecasts and annual budgeting Actively contribute to S&OP forums, providing data-driven insights and recommendations Deliver in-depth business and performance analysis to support strategic execution and decision-making Perform pricing and margin analysis, building robust financial models to support pricing decisions Drive profitability optimization for both new product launches and the existing portfolio Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives across finance and commercial processes University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or similar 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in FMCG, consumer healthcare, or other fast-moving international environments Fluent in Polish and English, written and spoken Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to turn insights into action Experience with forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis, and product costing Advanced Excel skills; strong experience with BI tools and digital finance solutions Business-driven mindset with a clear focus on performance improvement Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced, changing, and entrepreneurial environment Collaborative, proactive, and confident communicator with a “can-do” attitude
