Ce poste est à pourvoir le plus rapidement possible. Nous avons besoin de recruter pour renforcer nos équipes et veiller à sa bonne organisation. L'adjoint(e) de boutique assume la pleine responsabilité de la boutique en l’absence de son Responsable. Vous participez activement à l’atteinte des objectifs commerciaux et à la rentabilité de la boutique, mais vous vous assurez également du bon fonctionnement du magasin. . Une bonne connaissance des indicateurs (taux de transformation, indices de vente et panier moyen) est indispensable pour postuler. Le magasin étant difficile d'accès, être véhiculé est primordial. Vous avez un sens développé de l'accueil et portez un intérêt particulier au service et à la satisfaction de nos clients. Enfin, vous avez un profil type Manager.
