Your role will involve meticulously repairing vehicle bodywork, utilising your skill and expertise to uphold our commitment to quality. WELCOME BONUS - £2,000 Hours - 40 hours per week Salary - £42,880 including OTE bonus £65,000 Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and repair damaged vehicle panels according to manufacturer specifications. Utilise a range of hand tools and welding equipment to achieve optimal results in body repair. Ensure high precision in alignment and finish prior to painting. Maintain a tidy workspace that meets health and safety standards. Collaborate effectively with colleagues and report on repair progress. Qualifications and Skills: NVQ Level 3 in Body Repair or an equivalent qualification. Demonstrated experience as a Panel Beater within a professional setting. Excellent attention to detail and troubleshooting abilities. Capability to work both independently and as a part of a cohesive team. A valid UK driving licence is essential.
