LSH Auto is on the lookout for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our esteemed Mercedes Benz dealership in Tamworth. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for performing a range of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure our luxury vehicles meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Welcome Bonus: £2000 Working Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: £31,500 with potential OTE earnings around £46,000 Your Key Responsibilities: Conduct maintenance, servicing, and repairs on Mercedes Benz vehicles, adhering to industry standards. Diagnose vehicle faults and execute repairs efficiently and effectively. Replace parts, lubricants, and consumables, maintaining accurate records. Ensure your workspace is clean, organised, and safe at all times. Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle’s condition and service needs. Required Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent. At least 2 years of professional experience in automotive maintenance. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. Exceptional customer service skills. A full UK driving licence (essential). A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, especially in EV and hybrid vehicles.
