DEINE ROLLE IM TEAM Du bist Teil des Store Management Teams und verantwortest deinen eigenen Aufgabenbereich Leitung deines Stores nach betriebs- und warenwirtschaftlichen Aspekten Führen, Schulen und Motivieren deines Teams inkl. Personaleinsatz- und Urlaubsplanung Rekrutierung und Einarbeitung neuer Teammitglieder Visual Merchandising Steuerung des Warenmanagements Kundenberatung und -service Umsetzung unserer Loss Prevention Richtlinien Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Inventuren DEINE QUALIFIKATIONEN Fundierte Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position Textile Einzelhandelserfahrung Grundkenntnisse in Einzelhandels-KPIs Leidenschaft für Mode und Trends Solide Englischkenntnisse Ausgeprägte Teamorientierung Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
