Description LSH Auto is on the lookout for a passionate and professional Aftersales Executive to join our esteemed dealership team. In this role, you will serve as a vital point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their aftersales experience is nothing short of exceptional. You will handle customer inquiries, manage service bookings, and work closely with our service technicians to deliver timely and efficient service. Your focus on customer satisfaction will be essential as you support customers with their service needs and promote a range of aftersales products to enhance their experience.   Hours - 45 Salary - £30,387 Plus OTE bonus Key Responsibilities: Efficiently schedule and manage service appointments for customers. Provide accurate information and updates to customers regarding their vehicles and service status. Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism. Promote aftersales services and products to enrich the customer experience. Maintain accurate records and assist the team in achieving aftersales targets. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate will have: Experience in an aftersales or customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A proactive and problem-solving attitude toward customer issues. The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
