The B2B Customer Service is entitled to provide operational support to Amazon client, acting as a key point of contact between customer and internal departments, contributing to customer satisfaction and the smooth execution of operational process. Core Responsibilities Support the full order lifecycle: set up the flow of material needed for sales campaign, collect from all the departments involved all the necessary articles details. Handle order entry and monitor that all orders are uploaded into the system within given deadlines confirmation, follow-up, and shipment overview. Monitor deliveries and proactively handle issues related to delays, shortages, or discrepancies. Support invoicing processes, credit notes, and payment follow-ups in coordination with Finance. Handle returns, claims, and defective goods in line with company policies. Ensure accurate customer master data. 3-4 years of experience in a B2B Customer Service, a background specifically within Amazon’s fashion division would be considered a strong plus. Familiarity with ERP systems (AS400 preferred). Excellent knowledge of English Language, any other language will be a plus. Excellent knowledge of Excel. Able to communicate and co-operate within and across departments. Good organizational skills, flexibility and team working. Precise and focused on details. Strong resilience and adaptability in demanding situations. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
