We are looking for a Buyer – Category focus Fast Track with a strong commercial and analytical mindset to manage a product category end-to-end, from strategic definition through in-store performance, ensuring full alignment with business objectives, customer needs and profitability. This role combines data-driven decision making, strong product sensitivity and agility, within a fast-paced, international and highly dynamic environment.   Key Responsibilities Define and lead the category and buying strategy. Analyze sales performance, sell-through, margins and KPIs to optimize assortment and results. Work cross-functionally with Design, Production, Logistics and Retail teams. Manage the buying budget, ensuring profitability and efficiency. Select suppliers and lead negotiations on pricing, volumes and delivery timelines. Define quantities, replenishment and adjustments based on customer behavior and market performance. Oversee the product lifecycle from development to in-store delivery. Identify improvement opportunities based on market trends, commercial data and feedback. Travel to markets and suppliers as required. Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Fashion or similar. Previous experience as a Buyer, Category Manager, Product Manager or similar role within retail/fashion. Strong analytical skills with a results-driven mindset. High product sensitivity and understanding of the end customer. Ability to make decisions in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Advanced Excel and analytical tools skills. Fluent English (additional languages are a plus). Willingness to travel.
