(Vollzeit 40 Std.) DEINE ROLLE IM TEAM Verkauf und Präsentation der GUESS Kollektionen, inklusive Abwicklung der daraus resultierenden Bestellungen Aktive Neukundenakquise und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen im zugeteilten Gebiet Vorbereitung und Auswertung von Statistiken, Reports und Analysen zur Steuerung der Vertriebsaktivitäten Permanente Marktrecherche sowie Durchführung von Wettbewerbsanalysen Umfassende Kundenbetreuung und -service, inklusive Durchführung von Verkaufstrainings bei unseren Partnern Sicherstellung, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung eines exzellenten Kundenerlebnisses Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen sowie Unterstützung des Division Sales Managers im verantworteten Gebiet DEINE QUALIFIKATIONEN Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Vertrieb, Mode oder Retail Fundierte Erfahrung im Sales- oder Area-Management, vorzugsweise in der Fashion- oder Konsumgüterbranche Starke Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten Analytisches Verständnis sowie sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen und Kennzahlen Strukturierte, selbstständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise Hohe Reisebereitschaft im zugeteilten Gebiet
